We collect personally identifying information, such as your name, street address, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide to us only as needed for the fulfillment of orders of products from Renaissance Nutrition Center's website.

Credit card information entered in the checkout process is in a secure area using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the information. We do not save this information. After your credit card transaction is authorized, Renaissance Nutrition Center's website deletes credit card information.

We do not use this information for any other purposes. We will not make it available to any third parties except those needed to fulfill your request.

How We Use and Disclose Information

We use temporary "cookies" or tracking mechanisms (session I.D.s) as part of passing information through the shopping cart and checkout process. No personally identifiable information is passed through session variables or temporary cookies. Instead, the cookies allow us to remember items placed in your shopping cart. Once you finish checking out or close your browser window or 20 minutes passes, the session I.D. (cookie) is deleted from your computer.

If you order books or products or sign up for a workshop, we collect personally identifiable information. This includes name, address, email, and any other information needed for fulfillment of your request.

If you contact us to order products from the website, we use the information to fulfill your order or contact you about your order. We do not use this information for any other purposes or make it available to any third parties.

We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of the information you submit to us when you use our secure checkout process. The information you provide to us is processed securely.

Please do not use email to send any sensitive information like your credit card or charge card numbers to Renaissance Nutrition Center, Inc.. Any email that you send us is not secure against interception. Please contact us instead via phone or mail if you will be providing sensitive information.

Mailing Lists

You have the option of signing up for an email of our workshops and programs. If you do so, we will email you regularly with new programs and products. We do not share or sell our email lists with anyone not connected with Renaissance Nutrition Center, Inc.

Fax

If an order is faxed to Renaissance Nutrition Center, Inc., the fax is kept only as long as needed to fulfill the order, then it is destroyed. Also, the only persons who have access to faxed information are Theresa Wright and her staff.

Outside Links

Our website links to documents located on sites maintained by other agencies and organizations. Once you access another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that site.

Cookie

Delivery Policy

All products purchased via The Renaissance Nutrition Center will be shipped via UPS within 3 business days of order being placed. Exact delivery date will be determined by UPS delivery to the shipments destination. Arrangements can be made to deliver the products at your next appointment at The Renaissance Nutrition Center. This needs to be coordinated within 24 business hours of placing an order. Please call 610-275-3699 after placing an order to arrange delivery at time of next appointment.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 610-275-3699 within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, The Renaissance Nutrition Center will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must contact Renaissance Nutrition Center within 14 calendar days of the original purchase to arrange the return or refund. We will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened products.
